Builds CSS-driven scroll animations for C2 blocks. Given a block (from libs/c2/blocks/) and animation instructions from the design squad, either recommends existing parallax-* classes or creates new ones using the Scroll-Driven Animations API, verifies with Playwright, and self-critiques for simplicity.

Builds a new C2 block component from Figma designs using the Figma MCP, validates visually with Playwright MCP, then runs accessibility and performance audits. Provide a preview URL (localhost, DA preview, or DA published) and one or more Figma frame URLs for different device sizes. For DA published pages (.aem.live), code is pushed to a feature branch and tested via ?milolibs=.

Extracts content from Figma designs and produces an authored HTML document following the C2 block authoring pattern. Downloads Figma assets locally, then uploads images and HTML directly to the DA admin API. Handles text, media, icons, and per-viewport variations.
