CLAUDE.md (ADR-003)Detect modules. Run the module detector:

This finds modules via CLAUDE.md files and locates their version manifests (package.json, Cargo.toml, pyproject.toml, VERSION, plugin.json).
Determine bump type. If --type is provided, use it directly. Otherwise, analyze changes since the last tag to determine bump type:
supersedes set (breaking change)The highest bump type wins when multiple signals are present.
For each module, apply the version bump. Read the current version from the manifest, calculate the new version, and write it back:
