Run this before considering a skill pack usable.
Checks
- Every skill has frontmatter
name and description.
- Description names the job, triggers, and required tools.
- Skill body is short enough to load cheaply.
- Long details live in references.
- Skills do not overlap heavily.
- No skill silently installs or runs untrusted software.
- Output contracts are explicit.
- Scripts are executable and scoped.
