Build a Map of Content (MOC) for a topic — gather candidate notes, cluster them, write the MOC with static wikilinks.
Find two notes in the vault that should be linked but aren't, and explain the rationale.
Read the last N days of daily notes, surface the dominant themes, and draft a synthesis note linking back to the originals.
Surface orphan notes near a topic and help the user integrate them into the existing link graph.
Given a writing topic, gather the relevant notes from the vault and assemble a writing scratchpad with quotes and citations.
Walk recent notes one at a time; for each, propose 1–2 wikilinks based on the vault's existing graph. Automates the user's review ritual.

The user's tag tree has accumulated drift: case variants (#AI, #ai, #Ai), spelling variants, near-synonyms, and singletons that should be folded into a hierarchy. This skill walks the user through consolidation one decision at a time.
list_tags(min_count=1, include_hierarchy=True). Sort by with_descendants_count descending.tag.lower() collides with another tag's tag.lower().exact_count == 1 that aren't part of a hierarchy.agents vs agent).rag alone when research/ exists).rename_tag(old=..., new=..., confirm=true) (or merge_tags if the target already exists and merge=True is needed).list_tags again. Re-check whether the issue is resolved before moving to the next class.Found case chaos:
#AI (12 uses, in [[notes...]]) ←
#ai (37 uses, in [[notes...]])
#Ai (2 uses, in [[notes...]])
Recommendation: merge into #ai (highest count, conventional lowercase).
