Workflow

Run git diff main...HEAD — get ACTUAL diff, never reconstruct
Produce structured review (severity tiers below)
Ask ≤5 grill-me questions (one per key design decision)
On approval: apply Blocker fixes → run tests → run lint → commit (conventional message)
