Synthex Standards — Capability Uplift Master Reference

This skill overrides the LLM's baked-in default patterns with Synthex-specific standards. Read the relevant reference file before producing any output.

Images / video — REAL IMAGES ONLY (founder mandate)

All generation goes through generateImage()/generateBatch() in lib/services/ai/image-generation.ts (or the generate_image/generate_video MCP studio tools, which inherit the same defaults). Generation is grounded-by-default on public/reference-library/manifest.json (143+ subjects, 135 CCW products) plus the private bucket reference-library-private (ingest via POST /api/admin/private-refs). Trained LoRAs (trained-loras.json — carpet-style-v1, trigger ccwcarpet) auto-apply for carpet-cleaning. No owned references ⇒ BLOCKED: "No owned references for this subject — add real photos to the reference library first." useReferences:false is the sole audited escape hatch (results stamped UNGROUNDED). Direct Gemini/OpenAI/Stability/ fal/stock-photo calls fail the guard test tests/unit/ai/no-direct-image-apis.test.ts. See the grounded-visuals skill for the full pipeline.

Core Principle

Every output-generating skill must explicitly name what it is NOT doing (the LLM default) and what it IS doing (the Synthex standard). Generic is failure. Specific is the standard.
