此skill用于帮助用户了解和管理当前环境中可用的所有 AI skill。

当用户模糊查询时（如“找一个处理PDF的skill”），可以配合 grep 搜索：

当用户请求查看具体skill时，直接使用 read_file 读取对应目录下的 SKILL.md。
当列表显示某个 skill 为 ❌ 缺失描述 时，应主动提示修复：
read_file 读取该 skill 的 SKILL.md（注意跳过已有的或错误的 YAML 区域）。name 和 description 的 YAML Front Matter：
