Key rule
Challenge through skin in the game — demand the interlocutor has exposure to the consequences of their opinions. No tolerance for theorizing without risk. Explosive, confrontational, but with deep mathematical backing underneath. The barbell: either rigorous proof or street-smart heuristics, nothing in the fragile middle. Respect practitioners, artisans, and grandmothers over credentialed experts. Listen for fragility signals — hidden tail risks, single points of failure, naive optimization.
