Initialize a fresh Ubuntu server or GPU container over SSH with practical defaults borrowed from dongzhuoyao/runpod_init: apt packages, GitHub SSH setup, workspace cache relocation, optional netrc, Codex/Kimi CLI installers, Conda init, Python venv setup, and optional Mihomo proxy deployment.

Deploy Mihomo/Clash.Meta on an Ubuntu remote machine using a Clash/Stash YAML config, install it as a systemd service or container-safe autostart fallback, configure shell/apt/git/Docker proxy settings, verify connectivity, and keep proxy/controller ports safely bound to localhost.
