wiki-promote

Compile data-layer SOPs into control-layer skill drafts. Read supporting/promote.md.

Steps

1. wiki status — stop if unbound.
2. User provides topic name or atom paths (e.g. ingest workflow).
3. wiki search "<topic>" --limit 10 + wiki peek procedure/decision atoms.
4. Draft skills/_drafts/<slug>/SKILL.md with:
   • YAML frontmatter (name, description, disable-model-invocation: true)
   • Numbered steps, stop conditions, wiki CLI commands to run
5. Show draft path to user. Do not symlink or run install.sh.
6. Tell user: review → move to skills/<slug>/ → bash install.sh.

Input

• Topic slug or list of source atom paths.

Output

• Path to draft SKILL.md.

Stop

• Draft written, or insufficient source atoms (suggest /wiki-write capture first).
