Requesting Code Review
Dispatch agent-harness:code-reviewer subagent to catch issues before they cascade. The reviewer gets precisely crafted context for evaluation — never your session's history. This keeps the reviewer focused on the work product, not your thought process, and preserves your own context for continued work.
Core principle: Review early, review often.
When to Request Review
Mandatory:
- After each task in subagent-driven development
- After completing major feature
- Before merge to main
Optional but valuable:
- When stuck (fresh perspective)
- Before refactoring (baseline check)
- After fixing complex bug
How to Request
1. Get git SHAs:

2. Dispatch code-reviewer agent:
Invoke the code-reviewer agent (defined in agents/code-reviewer.md). Give it precisely constructed work-product context:
- requirements / Definition of Done
BASE_SHA and HEAD_SHA
- task brief, task report, and review package when available
Never pass the coordinator's full session history. Do not inline a review diff into the coordinator context: the reviewer reads the package and returns findings only.
Use this dispatch structure, omitting only unavailable optional work products:

Review on Two Axes
Every review request must ask the reviewer to check both axes:
- Standards axis — Does the change follow repository rules, security expectations, existing patterns, and maintainability standards?
- Spec axis — Does the change faithfully implement the originating spec, plan task, and Definition of Done?
Do not let one axis hide the other. A clean implementation that misses the spec is still a failed review. A spec-complete implementation with Critical quality or security issues is still a failed review.

Red Flags
Never:
