Section Quality Checklist
Every visible section must earn its place in the site. A polished page is built from route-specific sections, not generic modules with swapped text.
Mandatory Checks
- Structure: the section has a clear role, heading hierarchy, body copy, and next action when an action is needed.
- Copy: headings and body text speak about the website subject, not the page layout, workflow, route plan, or design system.
- Specificity: avoid generic labels such as
Feature One, Learn More, Get Started, placeholder testimonials, invented metrics, and unsupported claims.
- Design system: colors, spacing, radius, shadows, and typography come from the active token system or documented design direction.
- Rhythm: the section does not repeat the same card row, stat row, quote block, or opening pattern used immediately before it.
- Accessibility: semantic tags, labels, focus order, contrast, and link purposes are understandable without visual context.
- Responsiveness: the section fits at 320px, 768px, and 1440px without clipping or awkward text wrapping.
- Route ownership: interior routes must use openings and modules that fit their route purpose, not a repeated homepage hero.
Fail Fast
Regenerate or repair the section before moving on if it contains:
- visitor-facing implementation notes or design rationale,
- placeholder copy, placeholder image URLs, or demo assets,
- fake numbers or fake social proof,
- overflowing text,
- duplicated route openings,
- footer/nav drift from the planned route set.
