The --ci flag runs non-interactively (no prompts). This command:
YYYY.MM.PATCH)Important: The release is created as a draft. GitHub Actions will build binaries for all platforms and then publish the release. Wait ~2-3 minutes for binaries to be available.
CalVer format: YYYY.MM.PATCH
