Trigger on phrases like "做个 launch video", "Anthropic 那种感觉", "复现 Cowork 的编排", "Claude 介绍片", "网页里能跑的产品动画", and similar. Also trigger when work involves studying a reference video to reproduce its editing logic in Remotion.

Use when creating, scaffolding, or adding/renaming/removing subcommands or flags in a CLI tool that ships an installable Claude Code skill (e.g. `<tool> install-claude-skill`), or when asked to "update the <tool> skill" / "the skill is out of date" for such a tool
