Workflow

1. Define the clinical/scientific problem and target population.
2. Summarize the most relevant established knowledge in 1-2 compact paragraphs.
3. Identify the precise gap, inconsistency, limitation, or unanswered question.
4. State the study rationale and objective in the final paragraph.
5. Add a hypothesis only when appropriate for the design and journal.

Rules
