Reads each file in a receipts-to-sort/ folder, matches it to the right item and category using the deductions.csv and rental-schedule.csv that the au-tax-return skill created, renames it clearly, moves it into the correct receipts/ subfolder, flags any receipt that contradicts the CSV, and records the file path back in the CSV.
