Language	File	Detect by
TypeScript	references/typescript.md	`.ts` / `.tsx` extensions, or `"typescript"` in devDependencies
JavaScript	references/javascript.md	`.js` / `.jsx` / `.mjs` extensions, no TypeScript in devDependencies

Both may apply when a project mixes TS and JS files.
