Run PLACER (Protein-Ligand Atomistic Conformational Ensemble Resolver, formerly ChemNet) — a Baker-lab graph neural network that operates entirely at the atomic level to denoise / rebuild small-molecule and protein-sidechain atom positions, and to generate stochastic ensembles that model conformational heterogeneity.
