此 runtime skill 假设 agent-finance 已经安装。它用于选择命令和证据路径，不负责安装包。

TUI 是 selected-symbol 终端，包含 Market K 线、capability 驱动上下文、活动订单、组合持仓、专注账户/profile 浮层、诊断和 staged 交易抽屉。依赖这些交互前先加载 skills get tui；需要可解析证据时使用 market ... --json 或 tui --dump-state --json。

TUI 默认把 watchlist、偏好和 trading profile 选择持久化到 TOML，但终端 shell 会从干净的 Market layout 启动；一次性会话使用 --no-persist。

决策规则

使用本节选择正确命令和证据路径。优先结构化 --json 输出；只有交叉验证或审计 provider 行为时才强制指定 provider。

• 判断当前价格时先用 market price SYMBOL。
• 判断 premarket、postmarket、overnight、BOATS、provider 差异或 proxy price 时用 market sessions SYMBOL。
• 评价成交、限价单质量、止损/止盈或日内走势前，必须同时查看日线和分钟级历史。
• Binance crypto REST route choice、fallback 或 reachability 重要时，用 market provider-health binance-spot|binance-usds-futures --symbol BTCUSDT --json；普通 no-key Binance crypto REST 会使用 ranked bounded fallback routes，并记录进程内 route diagnostics。WebSocket stream 也会记录 route diagnostics，但内置 WS 覆盖每个 market 只有一个 candidate，除非额外配置或发现候选。
• Binance public fallback 只适用于 no-key public 数据。Signed Binance workflow 必须使用官方 Binance API host，不得把 API key 发到 fallback domain。
• market read-url 是文本抽取 fallback，不是真实浏览器；动态、登录态、截图敏感或噪声严重页面仍要用 agent-browser 或 opencli。
