Gotchas

• 「頭がいい」「才能がある」は Fixed Mindset 表現。「よく考えた」「努力が実を結んだ」を使うこと
• 良い点は「すごい」ではなく、具体的な引用や例を挙げて何が良いかを説明すること
• 改善点は2つに絞ること。多すぎると学習者が圧倒される
• フィードバック比率（3:2:1）を守ること。批判が多いとモチベーションが低下する
