首次运行脚本后，检查输出的 combatPower 列：
combatPower 最低的飞机，其 rawFunds 应约等于或略低于 3combatPower 最高的飞机，其 fundsCost 应钳制在 ≤30fundsCost 远低于 3（被钳制），或最高战力飞机的 fundsCost 远低于 30（浪费了区间），则调整 scaleFactor 并重新运行校准公式：scaleFactor = targetMinFunds / (minCombatPower * typeMultiplier)，其中 targetMinFunds ≈ 3。
