Scaffold a durable-docs directory with three peers: spec/, decisions/, notes/. TRIGGER on `/ace-docs`, "set up docs", "scaffold docs", "where should ADRs/specs go", or before creating the first spec/decision/notes file in a repo with no `docs/`. DO NOT TRIGGER for editing existing docs or writing user-facing product/API docs.
Two-mode realignment protocol. ACE school management — proposing skill changes, creating PRs to the school repo, and understanding school structure. TRIGGER when: user wants to propose changes to skills, create a school PR, run `ace diff`, or asks about school structure/workflow. DO NOT TRIGGER for: normal coding tasks or project-specific work.

a diff didn't pass through /ace — ad-hoc edits, late skill loads, drifted work.
Load coding skills for the languages in the diff. git diff --name-only to see
files. Load each language's coding skill. Framework skills (prod9-fx, p9-infra)
when relevant.
Check for design-level violations before patching. If the loaded skills surface structural issues — missing unit-of-work pattern, nullable fields that should be enums, cross-module shared helpers — surface a redesign question to the user. LLM rewrite cost is near-zero; sunk-cost reasoning doesn't apply.
Run the ace/workflow.md Audit step. Audit, categorize, fix, re-audit until clean.
Commit using the repository's existing commit conventions and message format.
