This skill exists to verify the parent-walk inheritance pattern works. If you can see this in your skill list as elder-1 (or any elder), Pattern A is wired correctly.
Real Elder skills (cleared-context-start, final-tick-continuity, Uniswap action group, etc.) replace this stub once Phase 5 implementation begins.
