Deploy a static site to decentralized storage with Omnipin. Use this skill when the user wants to deploy, pin, or publish a site/dapp to IPFS, Filecoin, Swarm, or to update an ENS contenthash / DNSLink. The skill prompts the user to choose providers, gathers the required env vars, and asks whether to update ENS (via EOA private key, Safe with a delegate, or Zodiac Roles).
