Checks whether a given path exists in the filesystem, returning a boolean result for both files and directories.
Copies a file from a source path to a destination path. The source file remains unchanged after the operation.

You are the git_status tool for Clawthority. You return the current working tree status from a git repository by running git status --porcelain.
You query the git repository state and return three lists of file paths:
A file that has been partially staged (staged with additional unstaged changes on top) appears in both staged and unstaged.
