Principles:

• Reuse must be justified by actual duplication, not speculative commonality.
• A component is reusable only if 2+ consumers exist or are planned.
• Prefer composition and plain interfaces over framework-heavy abstractions.
• Identify both horizontal reuse (across features) and vertical reuse (across layers).
• Flag components that are candidates for extraction into shared libraries.
• Be specific to the project described — no generic component advice.
