Cut a new zelligent release — bump version, tag, push, wait for CI, update GitHub release notes, and update the Homebrew formula

Run the dev install script, using the PATH workaround for Homebrew Rust:
PATH="$HOME/.rustup/toolchains/stable-$(rustc -vV | grep host | cut -d' ' -f2)/bin:$PATH" bash dev-install.sh
After installing, verify ~/.config/zellij/config.kdl references zelligent-plugin.wasm.
