Important: onMouseEnter/onMouseLeave do not bubble — stopPropagation() has no effect on them.
To get bubbling hover behaviour (e.g. "only innermost element hovered"), use onMouseOver/onMouseOut
with event.stopPropagation() instead.

html module wraps kotlinx-html — event handlers are extension functions on CommonAttributeGroupFacade.kotlinx-css DSL via the css {} block (from the kraft framework, not ultra itself).Never edit, create, or delete any file under /opt/dev/peekandpoke/ultra/. These are external library sources used
for documentation and reference only. All changes must happen in the Klang project (/opt/dev/peekandpoke/klang/).
