Cooking results are stored as decision records:

• Contains: scope decisions, review outcomes, final status

After generating the artifact, automatically run validation:

Validation Behavior

1. If VALID - Report success and proceed
2. If INVALID (errors) - Show issues and offer to fix them
3. If WARNINGS only - Report warnings but consider artifact ready
