Exhaustively investigate the given subject, then deeply think about the problem space, then come up with a plan as to how to solve it. Create a single HTML page to explain your investigation, thinking, plan, and recommendations. Open it in Safari on completion. Assume the reader is coming to the document with low context. Use the scratchpad to save the artifact. The subject will be a URL, for example to a Linear ticket, if one was not provided then fail fast and say so. Use subagents where appropriate to be efficient in your work. Keep the reader updated on your progress as you compile the document. Do not be agreeable, strong opinions are welcome, the document should serve as a surface for discussion and decision making. If it makes sense to update and use an existing artifact, then do so. If you deem it necessary, give Charlie instructions to fetch data/context that isn't possible to gather via tools, such as running a database query, taking a screenshot, running an internal CLI command, or running an ad-hoc script that you wrote.
