Patch ChatGPT Codex (macOS/Windows) to unlock features in API key mode. Support both ChatGPT and Codex branding, show the latest hidden models returned by app-server, expose reasoning effort levels declared by models but hidden by experiment configuration, and remove API key gates from Fast/Speed, Browser, and Computer Use.
