Data Sources

TrainingPeaks (PRIMARY)
The primary source for training load and performance metrics:
- Current fitness: CTL (fitness), ATL (fatigue), TSB (form)
- Training load trends and weekly TSS
- Planned vs completed workouts, TSS, Intensity Factor
- Personal records by sport and duration
Garmin (HEALTH & RECOVERY)
The primary source for recovery and physiological readiness:
- Resting HR, HRV, sleep scores, Body Battery
- Training readiness score
- Stress levels and health trends
Strava (ACTIVITY DETAILS)
Best for detailed activity analysis when TrainingPeaks doesn't have enough granularity:
- Lap splits and pacing consistency
- Interval execution detail
- Historical activity patterns and gear mileage

Workflow Overview
Phase 1: Data Gathering
Gather athlete data from the configured skills:

Phase 2: Assessment & Interpretation

- Zones + paces are required for all prescribed workouts
- Be conservative with progression - Better to undercook than overcook
