Creates a new Claude Code plugin with the standard directory structure.

Usage
Ask Claude to create a plugin:
- "Create a plugin called my-helper"
- "Scaffold a new plugin for code review"
- "Make a plugin skeleton with examples"
Required Information
- Plugin name - lowercase with hyphens (e.g.,
my-plugin)
- Description - What the plugin does
- Author - GitHub username (for install instructions)
- Include examples? - Whether to add example command/skill files
Process
- Ask for the required information if not provided
- Run the create-plugin.py script from this skill's scripts directory
- The script creates all directories and files
- Tell user how to test:
claude --plugin-dir ./[name]

The creation script is at: skills/create-plugin/scripts/create-plugin.py (relative to the plugin root)
Run it with:
