Triggers when the user uses evaluation or reconsideration language ("which is best", "root cause", "is this really needed", "sustainable long-term", "ほんとうに", "そもそも", "最善は", "根本は", "筋が良い"), when validating the soundness of someone's proposal from multiple perspectives, when the problem spans multiple layers (tech / process / org / regulation / UX / cost), or when clear trade-offs exist.

.claude/rules/ 配下のルールファイル (*.md) を新規作成・編集するときに、適切なメカニズム選択と paths スコープを保証する。ルールを書く前・書いた後に必ず適用する。

重要: コミット作成に進む前に、明示的なユーザー承認を待つこと。
例外: -y オプションが指定されている場合は承認ステップを飛ばし、直接コミット作成へ進む。
各コミットを作成する前に、型チェックとリントを実行する:

エラーが見つかればコミット前に修正する。スクリプトが存在しない場合は省略する。
承認後、各コミットを作成する:

ステージング: 対象ファイルが既に git add 済みなら再 add は不要 (git diff --cached で確認)。未 staged のファイルだけを追加でステージする。
メッセージの言語: git log --oneline -10 で観察した既存コミットの言語に合わせる (英語が多ければ英語、日本語が多ければ日本語)。混在していれば英語を既定とする。1 つの PR / セッション内では言語を統一する。
