Analyze an exported Sema4.ai agent (a .zip bundle) and produce a MIGRATION PLAN — a per-pack inventory, a vendor-MCP / SDM-Verified-Query / delete / migrate-to-MCP decision for each bundled action pack, and a checklist of everything the customer must provide (auth secrets, OAuth apps + scopes, data connections).
