Use this skill when the user asks to install, reinstall, refresh, or repair the Omagy plugin inside Antigravity CLI from the current local checkout.
Run:
omagy setup
omagy doctor
If the user asks for a dry run, run:
omagy setup --dry-run

Antigravity session. If the plugin has been removed and agy was restarted,
