Step 0 — รับ Input และตั้งค่า Rate Card

ก่อนคำนวณ ถามผู้ใช้ (หรือใช้ค่า Default):

ถามเป็นกลุ่มเดียว:

1. อัตราค่าจ้าง Dev แต่ละ Role (ถ้าไม่มีใช้ค่า default)
2. จำนวน Dev แต่ละ Role ในทีม
3. ต้องการ 3 Scenarios ไหม? (Optimistic / Realistic / Pessimistic)
4. รวม Infrastructure Cost ด้วยไหม?
5. รูปแบบการคิดราคา: Internal Cost หรือ Client Proposal (+ Margin)?
