Fetch Jira tickets for: $ARGUMENTS
1A — Date: Use the Skill tool to invoke work-date-resolver with args $ARGUMENTS.
Parse DATE from the output.
1B — Jira Cloud ID: Call getAccessibleAtlassianResources.
