Workflow

1. Inventory appendix sections and map each to main-paper claims.
2. Remove duplicate material, stale experiments, anonymous placeholders, and unsupported claims.
3. Reorder content by reviewer utility: reproduction, proofs, ablations, extra results, qualitative examples, limitations.
4. Fix labels, cross-references, captions, and appendix table/figure numbering.
