Diff Eval Local: Agent Code Evaluation

Evaluate agent-generated code against a ground truth diff, using a handwritten file list to scope scoring.

Parameters

Parameter	Required	Description

Step 4: Semantic Analysis

4a. Requirements Checklist

For each covered HW file: compare approach, scope, missing/extra logic.

4c. Test Gap

Compare test files in GT vs generated.

Step 5: Scoring

Verdict rules:

• PASS: A≥4 AND B≥4 AND C≥3
• FAIL: A≤1 OR destructive
• PARTIAL: otherwise

Step 6: Save Report

Determine the evaluator model ID from your own system context (e.g. claude-sonnet-4-6, claude-opus-4-6). Sanitize it: replace /, :, spaces with -, strip leading/trailing -.

Save to <REPO_PATH>/eval_report_<EVALUATOR_MODEL_ID>.md.

Example: if you are claude-opus-4-6, save to <REPO_PATH>/eval_report_claude-opus-4-6.md.
