Coldly eliminate any past experience or skillset that does not directly contribute to achieving these specific goals in the current market environment. Nostalgia and unrelated side-projects are the enemy of a sharp profile.
- The Paradigm Shift (升維打擊): Never just translate a job title. Elevate it. Find the meta-skill (e.g., managing open-source communities = decentralized governance; patent engineering = complex system compliance).
