Playbook-monitor ajanının oluşturduğu bekleyen playbook güncelleme önerilerini tek tek hukukçu onayına sunar. Onay olmadan CLAUDE.md dosyasını değiştirmez.
Instructions
-
Load ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/commercial-legal/playbook-proposals.md.
-
If the file is missing or empty, respond:
Bekleyen playbook önerisi yok. Playbook güncel görünüyor.
-
Present proposals one at a time.
-
For each proposal, offer:
- Kabul et,
- Reddet,
- Düzenle,
- Ertele.
-
For Accept/Edit, show the exact diff to ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/commercial-legal/CLAUDE.md.
-
Apply only after explicit attorney confirmation.
-
For Reject/Defer, log the decision without modifying the profile.
-
After all proposals are resolved, show summary and archive the proposals file.
Proposal Review Frame
For every proposal, show:
## Öneri [N]
**Madde / konu:** [clause]
**Gözlenen uygulama:** [pattern]
**Mevcut playbook:** [current language]
**Önerilen değişiklik:** [proposed language]
**Destekleyen örnekler:** [deviation entries]
**Risk:** [Turkish-law / business / approval risk]
Seçenekler: Kabul et | Reddet | Düzenle | Ertele
Guardrails
- Do not normalize risky deviations silently.
- If a proposal weakens KVKK, liability, cezai şart (TBK m.179-185), IP/FSEK, foreign law/forum, arabuluculuk/dava şartı checks, damga vergisi review, or signature authority guardrails, label it as high-impact and require attorney confirmation.
- If the proposal is based on one-off strategic exceptions, recommend
Reject or Defer, not automatic revision.
- Keep a decision log.
What this skill does not do
- It does not decide playbook policy by itself.
- It does not update
CLAUDE.md without explicit confirmation.
- It does not treat repeated bad practice as automatically acceptable.
