When asked to generate the CEO briefing or when the scheduled task triggers: 1. Retrieve Accounting Data: Use the `odoo-accounting` skill/MCP to get the total revenue for the week, pending invoices, and expenses. 2. Retrieve Task Data: Read all files in `/Vault/Done/` for the past 7 days to list completed projects. Read `/Vault/Needs_Action/` to identify delayed tasks (bottlenecks). 3. Retrieve Social Metrics: Use the `social-manager` skill/MCP to pull engagement numbers from Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. 4. Compare with `/Vault/Business_Goals.md` to determine if we are on track or behind. 5. Draft the Briefing: Create a new file in `/Vault/Briefings/` formatted exactly as specified in the business handover template (Executive Summary, Revenue, Completed Tasks, Bottlenecks, Proactive Suggestions). The Proactive Suggestions section MUST include actionable advice (e.g., "Cancel unused Notion subscription based on expenses", "Post more on Twitter, engagement is up").
