p11退让一步加让三分 的区别: p11更强调具体操作（三分），p07更强调"让"的战略性价值；p07是底层逻辑，p11是应用方法p12不恶小人待以礼 的区别: p12是"待人"的态度，p07是"处世"的策略；p12关注对小人的处理，p07关注所有冲突情境当 skill 被激活后，agent 应按以下步骤执行:
确认这不是一个"核心利益不可退让"的情境
用"退步即进步的张本"测试：如果我退这一步，未来我能获得什么？
用"利人实利己"测试：这个"让"有没有可能变成一种投资？
