p20放下屠刀 的区别: p20是情绪控制（怒火欲水正腾沸时猛然转念），p13是性格调整（长期避免偏激）；p20是战术性的，p13是战略性的p12不恶小人 的区别: p12是针对小人的具体场景，p13是针对所有偏激情绪的普遍原则当 skill 被激活后，agent 应按以下步骤执行:
识别用户是哪种偏激：躁性（急躁愤怒）？寡恩（刻薄冷漠）？凝滞固执（死板不变）？
用"火炽/冰清/死水腐木"检测：这个情绪/行为会烧毁/冻杀/僵化什么？
找"中和"点：不做这个极端，还能做什么？
