p13中和为福偏激为灾 的区别: p13是性格平衡，p18是"持身"和"用心"两个具体维度的平衡；p13更宏观，p18更具体p16动中真静 的区别: p16是"动中静"的定力，p18是"不轻不重"的平衡；p16强调静，p18强调平衡当 skill 被激活后，agent 应按以下步骤执行:
识别用户是"轻"（浮躁/松懈）还是"重"（紧绷/执着）
若"轻"（持身轻）：用"物能挠我"检测——什么外物在干扰你？得失？评价？面子？
若"重"（用意重）：用"我为物泥"检测——你被什么困住了？想太多？追求完美？怕失败？
