Review Process
For each acceptance criterion:

- Verify the implementation is complete — not partial, not stubbed
- Check that tests exist covering this criterion
- Run the tests if possible

Gold-Plating Check

- Flag any unnecessary abstractions, unused config options, or premature generalization
- Check for missing edge cases explicitly mentioned in the acceptance criteria
