Create a worktree for autonomous consolidation, scaffold output files from templates, run pre-flight checks, and print the launch command.

This copies all 7 templates (spec.md, broad-sweep-methodology.md, deep-dive-methodology.md, progress.md, decisions.md, report.md, review.md) verbatim. Only progress.md and report.md are modified in the next step — the other 5 are never read by this skill.
