Look up HPC terminology in the project's GLOSSARY.md and provide consistent translation guidance.

Instructions

1. Read GLOSSARY.md at the project root for established terminology
2. For terms not in the glossary, suggest translations following these principles:
   • 准确性 (Accuracy): Reference authoritative HPC sources
   • 一致性 (Consistency): Same term = same translation throughout all volumes
   • 通用性 (Universality): Use widely-accepted Chinese translations
3. When multiple valid translations exist, explain the tradeoffs

Usage

Run /terminology <term> to look up a specific term, or /terminology to review current glossary standards.
