Proof Of Life

Separate four questions:

Is the person alive?
Are they physically and cognitively capable?
Did they personally appear or speak?
Could statements be produced by an office, family, aide, or institution?

Workflow

Search for dated video/audio first.
Search for current photos with independent time/place markers.
Treat written statements, signatures, and secondhand claims as weak proof-of-life.
Use image/video providers only when there is actual media to test.
Compare death/incapacity rumors against official and independent sources.
Register evidence for and against each hypothesis.

Evidence Strength

Strong: current live video/audio with verifiable recent context.
Medium: credible official or foreign-government claim of recent direct engagement.
Weak: signed text, read-out statement, office-hosted event, portrait, mural, archival footage.
